Spectrum360 Strategic Plan

As Spectrum360 approached its 60th Anniversary, our Board and leadership team agreed on the need to establish a new strategic plan to shape our future.

 

Looking ahead, they saw an opportunity to centralize and expand our high-quality educational and therapeutic programs for individuals with autism and those with related challenges, aligning our mission with the evolving needs of the community.

 

After a year-long process in drafting a roadmap for the organization, for the next three years Spectrum360 will focus on key areas of growth to ensure the long lasting stability for years to come: growth, investment, connections, support, and leadership.

The Strategic Plan

The Strategic Plan will be utilized to inform annual goal-setting efforts for the CEO, the leadership team and the Board Directors, as well as to track implementation progress by monitoring the plan’s agreed-upon key results over time.
