Early this summer, West Essex Tribune reporter, Ellen Lazer, visited our CulinaryAcademy360 program to learn more about what Chef Matthews and his students were up to. She arrived on a day when pizza and chocolate chip cookies, both made from scratch, were on the menu. Ellen observed and chatted with Chef Matthews and the students as they made the dough and created mini-pizzas and created the delicious cookies as well.
