It was wonderful to see our cheerleaders and basketball players finally back on the court after a long break due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Earlier this month on February 9th, students, staff and parents gathered at Livingston for the A360 Upper School pep rally. For many, the 2020 pep rally had been the last time people came together for an event before the pandemic struck.
This year the cheerleaders, basketball players and the A360 Cougar mascot excitedly jumped around on the court in front of smiling faces. Emceed by Matt “The Hawk” Hawkins, the pep rally celebrated the start of the 2023 Upper School basketball season, which opened the following day with the Upper School playing the team from Independence360 on February 10.
February 16 brought the start of the Lower School basketball season with a game against Windsor Bergen Academy in Ridgewood. The game was not open to the public, but the staff, cheerleaders and players had a fantastic time!
